My studio is a little house in downtown Fayetteville. If you're interested in scheduling a sitting with me, the process usually goes something like this...
You call me at 575.0848 to set up an appointment. My hours are pretty flexible and you can usually get in to see me within a week, unless it's around the holidays, in which case I recommend calling about a month or two in advance.
You show up at my studio and we hang out for a while. We get to know each other and then I take some photographs. Sitting fees are due on the day of your appointment. I charge $100 per person. This includes the photo session, preliminary editing of your photos and a disc of your photos which is yours to keep. The images on the disc will be low resolution jpegs which will look fine on your computer but they will not produce good prints. I reserve the right to make all prints of my work.
I'll call you in about a week to let you know your cd is ready. You can pick it up or I can mail it to you. I love to help clients choose their prints, so if you want to sit together and look through your photographs when you get your cd, that's great.
I charge $100 per image, regardless of size. However, if you would like to have duplicates of the same image, then we can usually work it out so that you can get multiple images on one sheet of paper, but it has to be the exact same image!
I can print as large as 17 x 22 and as small as 5 x 7. If you're needing several copies at a smaller size, say for graduation invitations or something like that, then we can work that out when we visit in person.
All prints are made with archival ink on 100% cotton rag, acid-free paper. I'll call you when they're ready to be picked up!
Suggestions for the day of your sitting...
Don't wear anything that's solid white! Clothing with character, i.e. patterns, words, or whatever that show your style is preferable. Don't dress for a 'portrait'...dress to be your wonderful every day self!
And last, but certainly not least, don't argue with your kids about what they should wear. It's better to have a happy kid in a not so perfect outfit than a grumpy kid in clothes they don't like!
